About Saurabh

Saurabh Nanda (SN), is a renowned career consultant from India who has dedicated his life to understanding the influences on our career and education decisions. After working for two and half years as a Software Engineer with Fiserv, Saurabh decided to move on and try and solve the career decision making puzzle among Indian students. During the last decade, he has worked with hundreds of high schools and universities in 25+ countries.

He is the Founder and Director of SN Mentoring, a digital native career guidance company catering to students and young professionals between the ages of 11 and 40.

Host of the podcasts "Such Conversations Matter" and "Best Fit Careers".

His focus is on mental health, AI, Digital Technologies, Sustainability and much more. He is a recognized mentor with the Government of India’s Atal Innovation Mission, the United Nations YUNGA Japan program, Huawei’s Seeds of the Future, ENACTUS chapters in Delhi University among other organizations.

As an alumnus of Awaji Youth Federation, he led the creation of a grassroots peer-to-peer learning platform for SDGs based solutions. In March 2022, he was recognized with a national level award by the Dainik Jagran group (India’s largest media group) for his efforts to create awareness on Cyber Bullying among school students in India.
