Mark Reid is host of the Zen Sammich podcast and a maker of traditional handmade Japanese paper, called washi, in Yamaguchi, Japan. His B.A. is from the University of Alabama in political science, holds an M.A. from Florida State University in philosophy and ethics, and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, later working for a large firm specializing in Securities Law in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a professor of English at three universities in Japan and a graduate teaching assistant at Florida State University. His diversified background has taken him all over the world, including residential stints in Greece, England, and South Korea. Most recently, he was a contributing author to the bestselling book, “Win the Wellness W.A.R."
