Kennichiro is an entrepreneur based in San Jose, California, at the heart of Silicon Valley. He joined CyberAgent in its early days and later served as Country Manager for Reuters Japan. He went on to found the digital marketing company Principle, growing it into a business with over 5 billion yen in scale across Japan and the United States.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he transformed his management style by learning to delegate, successfully navigating a period of crisis and later leading a company acquisition in the U.S. He moved to the United States with his family in 2016 and now operates across Japan, the U.S., and the Philippines, exploring the concept of “Between” in both business and parenting.
