Hiroshi is a global educator, performer, and lifelong learner who has worked across five continents. His diverse career spans roles as a dancer, actor, chef, and teacher, as well as collaborations with organizations such as the United Nations and JICA, contributing to education and human development in over 50 countries.

Once labeled a “misfit,” he became a self-taught polyglot and advocate for diverse learning styles. After 18 years abroad, he returned to Japan in 2024 and founded the Global Learning Center “3L-MIEL” in Kobe. He is also a specially appointed professor at Tokushima Bunri University and a lecturer at Konan University, focusing on social and emotional learning, global education, and lifelong development.
