Fujiko is the representative of Smile ∞ Ribbon, an initiative dedicated to creating a world filled with love and smiles. Born and raised on Awaji Island, she began her career as a childcare worker and therapist before becoming a social entrepreneur leading three wellness-based businesses.

One of her key projects is the “Awaji Island Nature Guide & Retreat,” which offers unique experiences visiting sacred sites not listed in conventional travel guides. In 2025, this initiative received the Japan Tourism Award. Through her work, she creates opportunities for individuals to reconnect with their true selves and experience personal renewal, starting from Awaji Island—the birthplace of Japan.
